We’ve been blessed to have Dani actually do the work herself on our homes and we are always left speechless when we walk the properties and have never been disappointed. “We’ve lived in our house for about 4 years, and the last 3 we’ve only had a maid once with a dog and a few kids. We were looking to get started with a monthly cleaning and found Danielle through a recommendation on a local Facebook group. They came to our house to give us a quote which was very reasonable given the amount that needed to be done especially initially, and they were very professional and knowledgable. It needed a good deep clean first, which we had done. My husband is quite picky when it comes to matters of the house and how things are cleaned and attention to detail, but they got his seal of approval, so that says a lot! “I started using JoyIs Cleaning - Scottsdale earlier this year, and it's been a great experience! My previous cleaner was suddenly unavailable and Dani and Niya were quick to help in a pinch. They did a very thorough job paying attention to all the small details that really go a long way. The property was being rented as a mid-term rental and typically needs a deeper clean than a traditional short-term rental and the difference they provide is in the details. They even sent supplies/groceries to a guest who had shown up that was renting a property while his wife was getting surgery at the Mayo Clinic and needed a place for her to recover. He showed up a little early before the unit was ready, but they got to meet him and felt so bad about his situation they did this out of the kindness of their heart. 1 offered to reimburse them for the good deed, and they wouldn't allow it!
