I have been using Dani and the Joy Is team for over 4 years now and not only have they never missed a clean, but they’ve helped maintain my cleanliness rating at 4.9 stars on over 100 stays! JoyIs provided us excellent customer service. Danielle personally attended to our clean. She is an expert at move out cleans. She is very meticulous in that she knew every area to clean that the average cleaner would miss. She arrived on time and she stayed until the job met her high expectations. Dani’s team has been with us since the beginning of our lil Airbnb business endeavor we started 5years ago. We’ve been blessed to have Dani actually do the work herself on our homes and we are always left speechless when we walk the properties and have never been disappointed. Dani is so meticulous and her attention to detail is unmatched. She has pulled refrigerators and stoves out just to clean behind these appliances!!!! She’s done the same with our laundry room as well. And if she finds something that’s needs fixing she will give it a go first before letting us know we need a handyman to come out and fix it. We’ve met Dani personally and she is so sweet and soft spoken and you can tell by how she talks about the properties how much pride she has in what she does. I've been using JoyIs to do my cleaning for a couple of years now and they do all my STR for our basement apartment. We're usually ooked from. October to April with monthly a d shorter stays. They've saved our business a time or two. I really like their staff. The owner Dani is fantastic!!! I highly recommend them.

Dani has provided cleaners for my Airbnb. I usually do monthly rentals and have mid-month and end-of-month cleanings. The cleaners have been great! I highly recommend them.
Dani is a lifesaver for our STR business. She has cleaned over 10 of our units and stands out from all of the other cleaners in terms of cleanliness and consistent amenity stocking. You should stop looking for other cleaners and just hire her now. I honestly cannot recall a single complaint she has had across the hundreds of cleans she has done for us.

We’ve lived in our house for about 4 years, and the last 3 we’ve only had a maid once with a dog and a few kids. We were looking to get started with a monthly cleaning and found Danielle through a recommendation on a local Facebook group. They came to our house to give us a quote which was very reasonable given the amount that needed to be done especially initially, and they were very professional and knowledgable. It needed a good deep clean first, which we had done. My husband is quite picky when it comes to matters of the house and how things are cleaned and attention to detail, but they got his seal of approval, so that says a lot! I started using JoyIs Cleaning - Scottsdale earlier this year, and it's been a great experience! My previous cleaner was suddenly unavailable and Dani and Niya were quick to help in a pinch. They did a very thorough job paying attention to all the small details that really go a long way. The property was being rented as a mid-term rental and typically needs a deeper clean than a traditional short-term rental and the difference they provide is in the details. They even sent supplies/groceries to a guest who had shown up that was renting a property while his wife was getting surgery at the Mayo Clinic and needed a place for her to recover. He showed up a little early before the unit was ready, but they got to meet him and felt so bad about his situation they did this out of the kindness of their heart. 1 offered to reimburse them for the good deed, and they wouldn't allow it! They truly care about the guests and go the extra mile to make sure they are going to have a great experience at the property. Thank you, Dani and Niya!
